In relation to the 71/2 things:
What I find easiest is 'Beginning with the end in mind'. Knowing what I want to achieve and within a timeframe is important for me.
What I find the most difficult is 'Creating my own learning toolbox'. Gathering together physical items such as computers, hardware, etc. is not so difficult, but gathering people to support me such as mentors is hard for me. I think mentors need to be pretty special to encourage someone without being overly critical. I think we all find criticism hard to take, but if it is done in a constructive and objective way it can be helpful.
